Each year, more than 1,400 young adults with special needs graduate from high school and over half remain home with few options for training, education, and work after high school.  Unemployment rates among those with developmental disabilities in Georgia are over 85 percent. We help individuals with developmental disabilities to secure and maintain employment in the community with jobs that pay commensurate wages.

For more than a decade, AADD has successfully worked with employers in the Metro area to assess, place, train, and supervise individuals with developmental disabilities in the workplace.
