The Georgia Community Trust of AADD (GCT of AADD) is a pooled Special Needs Trust open to any Georgia resident living with a disability. GCT of AADD offers a dependable and affordable vehicle for providing financial security for individuals with disabilities, while preserving the benefits that they depend on in their daily lives.

Who Does The Trust Serve?

GCT of AADD is open to any Georgia resident living with a disability, as defined by the Social Security Administration, regardless of the nature of the disability.

What Types Of Accounts Are There?

A “first party” Trust account can be opened directly by an individual living with a disability through active funding and/or personal injury award, retirement plan, divorce settlement, life insurance policy and/or inheritance.

A “third party” Trust account can be opened by anyone on the behalf of an individual living with a disability.
