AADD empowers individuals and families living with an intellectual/developmental disability to maximize resources for a stable, growth-oriented and independent future. Our Benefits Consulting program offers an array of services to help identify and obtain benefits and resources.

Benefits Consulting also helps families through transition and life planning, tailored to the specific and unique goals, needs and interests of the individual. Services are person-centered and incorporate the needs and interests of the family in relation to the individual.

Our goal is to minimize feelings of stress and uncertainty by providing concrete and specific benefits strategies that are results-oriented. Our process allows us to fully address the needs of today while planning for tomorrow.
