- Kathy Keeley

Kathy Keeley was appointed Interim Executive Director in August 2012 with a contract to provide an organizational and financial analysis of AADD, manage day-to-day operations and improve current programming. In April 2013, Kathy was selected by the Board of Directors to be the new Executive Director for AADD. As a social entrepreneur for over 25 years, she has a strong background in nonprofit management, social services and public policy. During a career focused on economic development, finance and performance management, she has worked with profit, non profit and government organizations in every state and over 20 countries.
