Dave has worked for All About Developmental Disabilities since 1999, becoming the Executive Director in 2009. Before taking that role, he spent 10 years as Director for the Division of Public Policy and Education, where he worked as a lobbyist for legislative issues focused on disability, and oversaw leadership development and educational programs for the organization.
