A young Atlanta woman needs your help. “Emily” is a young single mother of two, a one and a two-year-old. She’s also expecting her third child in the next few months. Emily is living with several developmental disabilities and receives support services from All About Developmental Disabilities in order to live a meaningful life independently in the community.
But on the night of March 30 her apartment caught fire and she lost all her possessions. AADD is working to find her a place to live and replace her clothes, furniture, toys for the kids, etc. But we need your help as we raise $7,500 to cover the cost of what Emily will need to get back on her feet.
Please consider making an online donation by clicking the “Donate to Fire Victims” button below.
Checks made payable to AADD, Inc. and gift cards to stores such as Target, Walmart, Kroger, Publix, etc. are also welcome and can be sent to:
Attn: Fire Victims
125 Clairemont Avenue, Suite 300
Decatur, GA 30030
No donation is too small. Thank you for your support as AADD works to get Emily and her family back in their own home, living independently in the community.
